2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase from this Site. By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18.
  • If you access this Site from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if age verification fails.

3. Products & Intended Use

  • We sell smoking accessories, seeds, and related products intended solely for lawful use.
  • Cannabis seeds disclaimer: All seeds are sold as souvenirs or for collection purposes only. Germination or cultivation may be illegal where you live. We accept no responsibility for use contrary to local law.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not signify acceptance. We accept the order when it’s dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for age verification failure, legality issues, or suspected fraud.
  • You may cancel an order before it ships. After dispatch, please refer to our Returns Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be made at checkout. We accept listed payment methods.
  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for customs duties, import VAT, or seizure of goods.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • We ship to the UK and EU countries. Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.
  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We’re not responsible for delays or customs seizures.
  • If your order is returned due to customs refusal or non-collection, we may deduct return shipping and handling costs from your refund.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • UK customers have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • EU customers have equivalent cancellation rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Exclusions apply for perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods once opened.
  • To initiate a return, email sales@tmn.ie with your order number within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Shipping costs may be deducted unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, trademarks — is owned by or licensed to TMN Industries Ltd. You may not reproduce or use it without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or Products.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.

We’re not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes, strikes).

16. EU Supplementary Terms
